Volatile Organic Compounds
We take your safety seriously! VOCs are solvents that release into the air as finish dries. Most oil based finishes are off-gassing VOCs for 90 days per coat applied. The negative effects of this off-gassing on the body are well documented. However, the products we use for our finishing process are very low in VOCs. Within 72 hours, our products are done releasing those solvents. So you can have the piece of mind that the finished piece you receive is safe for your home and your family.
